Job Description
Heritors Labs Limited is seeking a skilled Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to lead and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, supporting the sustainability and growth of a significant project. This role involves developing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitating impactful workshops, and acting as the primary liaison between the program and its stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and execute strategies to engage partners and stakeholders effectively in the project.
Build and sustain relationships that support the project’s long-term growth and sustainability.
Organize and lead workshops, ensuring high levels of interaction and engagement among participants.
Collaborate with the curriculum team to design impactful workshop agendas and materials.
Serve as the main point of contact to foster effective communication between the project and its stakeholders.
Gather feedback from workshop participants and stakeholders to inform continuous project improvement.
Requirements
Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required.
General Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation, preferably within policy-driven projects.
Specific Professional Experience: Demonstrated 5 years of experience in building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, with a proven network within the entrepreneurship policy sector.
Leadership/Management Experience: At least 6 years in relevant leadership roles.
Regional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within Ghana.
Development Cooperation (DC) Experience: At least 2 years of experience working on development cooperation projects.
Qualification
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Proactive and capable of independently driving engagement activities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong socio-cultural competence for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Client-focused, efficient working methods that prioritize partnership and collaboration.
Interdisciplinary mindset, with the ability to integrate diverse perspectives into workshop content and stakeholder engagement strategies.
